A long sleeve wool shirt by HOMME COMME DES GARCONS, which as we detail on our blog was the name for the COMME DES GARCONS men's line until 1984, when it was replaced with the more recognisable COMME DES GARCONS HOMME line. The shirt is made from a smooth, dark gray herringbone wool with an overlaid check pattern, and has a five button front placket with a flat, open collar. There is a large rectangular pocket at the left breast, and a box pleat at the back provides extra movement through the body. The shirt has a generous, oversized cut and is designed to be worn loose, so should accommodate several different sizes depending on the desired fit.

It should be noted that there is one small pull to the fabric at the back (see picture), but it is not very noticeable when worn and the shirt is in great condition for its age.
